software optimization.

We are developing foundation technology for low-cost VM servers using damaged phones. The current work optimizes software so VMs can run reliably on phones. The goal is to offer affordable VMs to students, developers, and small teams for whom expensive cloud services are difficult to use.

AvailabilityThe virtual-machine service is not available yet. Community registration creates a developer profile after email verification; it does not provision a VM.

We are optimizing the virtualization layer, device compatibility, and resource use so VMs can run reliably on phones.

    Virtualization-layer design and code slimming

    Design the low-level virtualization layer and slim code to fit limited device resources.

    Device compatibility and debugging

    Address compatibility issues across hardware specifications, heat, battery condition, and OS versions.

  3. 03

    Resource-allocation and power optimization

    Adjust the virtualization layer, VM resource allocation, and power management for each device.

Claude assists with virtualization-code design, compatibility analysis and debugging, code slimming, and management-tool implementation.
