These terms describe use of the Desiderio company website. An inquiry or a reference to a project in development is not, by itself, a completed sale or service contract.

These terms explain the basic rules for using the Desiderio company website. Please use the site in accordance with applicable law.
This website introduces device reuse, software development, and a smartphone-based VPS project, and provides developer community member profiles. The smartphone-based VPS project is in development and testing. Community membership does not sign up for or provision a VM or computing service. The website currently does not offer products for sale, payment, or online contracting.
Site content is provided for introductory and informational purposes. It does not guarantee particular terms of service or operation with a particular device or environment. Project scope and status may change.
The inquiry form only prepares a draft in the visitor’s email application. Even if a visitor sends an email, that alone does not confirm an order, service registration, or development engagement. Where needed, the parties will set out the scope, price, schedule, and terms in a separate agreement.
Visitors should include only information and files they are entitled to provide, and should avoid unnecessary personal information or material that infringes another person’s rights. Personal information in an inquiry is handled under the Privacy Policy.
To use the member space, verify your identity with a one-time email code from Cloudflare Access. Members can create a developer community profile with an optional display name, edit their own display name, or delete their own profile. Identity verification confirms community membership; it does not apply for or purchase a VM, hosting, or computing product.
Use an email account you are authorized to control for verification. Do not use another person’s account or identity. You are responsible for your account security and for signing out. See the Privacy Policy for details about profile and authentication data.
Descriptions reflect project information at the time they were prepared. Unless stated otherwise, still images showing device restoration, connection, or use are concept imagery; they communicate an idea and do not depict an available product or guarantee service performance.
Rights protected by applicable law in the text, editorial arrangement, and visual materials on this site belong to Desiderio or the relevant rights holder. Permission is required to use protected materials, and third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Whether, and to what extent, any individual material is protected is determined under applicable law.
These terms do not restrict uses allowed by applicable law, including lawful quotation, or rights independently held by a visitor.
Email links and inquiry drafts are handled by the visitor’s email application and related services. Cloudflare Access handles member sign-in and identity verification, and external services also provide website hosting and the member profile database. Each provider’s terms and privacy policy apply to its services. Desiderio does not control the operation of an external service.
Desiderio works to maintain and correct site information, but does not guarantee that all information is complete or that the site will always be available without interruption. Responsibility for harm arising from use of, or inability to use, the site is determined under applicable law. These terms do not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to use of the site are subject to the procedures and jurisdiction prescribed by applicable law.
